Marcela & Tiffany
CMLL held a press conference on Wednesday where they announced that Marcela & Tiffany will face off in a hair match on 8/5 at Arena Mexico which has been built up for the past few weeks. That show by the way will be going head to head with Triplemania. Tiffany wants Tirantes to be the referee for the match meanwhile Marcela said that if she lost her hair she would retire immediately. This match will be the main event of the show which follows up after the big cage match featuring the ladies a few weeks ago that did pretty well businesswise so they are trying again.
Mistico II was also at the press conference obviously to get him more press and he stated that he knows that he must win over the fans which will be hard but he is willing to pretty much risk his career to win them over. He said that he must keep his look as close to the original Mistico that he can but when it comes to working in the ring he pretty much has free reign. He was asked about the reactions to him so far and he said that he doesn’t really care right now as he hasn’t worked in the character yet and only then people can fairly criticize him. CMLL Directors Jose Luis Feliciano & Panico were asked if he would be working the main events immediately and they said that he would start basically where he left off as Dragon Lee where he must prove himself worthy of being in the main events. They were also asked if they would be charging spot show promoters the same promoting fees as they did for the original Mistico and they answered by saying that he would be mainly working the promotion’s owned arenas in Mexico City, Puebla, & Guadalajara which isn’t true as he is booked for a shows at Arena Neza & Arena Queretaro in less than two weeks.

1. Infierno Kid beat Galaxy
2. Centrvion & Charly Madrid defeated Imposible & Matrix Jr.
3. Alan Extreme/Black Terry/Bombero Infernal beat Danny Casas/Dr. Cerebro/Micke Segura
4. Mexican State Trios Titles: Los Oficiales (AK-47/Fierro/911) defeated El Comando Elite (Factor/Rayan/Spartan) to regain the titles in what was called a helluva match and fans threw money in the ring afterwards in approval.
5. Fuerza Guerrera/Pirata Morgan/Hijo del Pirata Morgan beat Damian 666/Head Hunter I/Pete Powers by DQ when Bestia 666 & X-Fly interfered.
