NEWSCMLL announced yesterday that Mr. Niebla has returned to the fold after having knee surgery in the United States last month and will be competing at Arena Mexico on Friday. There were rumors going around last week that Niebla was jumping to AAA and appearing at Verano de Escandalo which may have had something to do with this.
