CMLL put up the poll to determine the 3rd member of the Mexican National Trios champs with Metro & Stuka Jr. replacing Mascara Dorada on cmll.com and the choices are Angel de Oro, Delta, & Diamante.

Latino aka Victor Resindez aka the former Latin Lover stated yesterday that he is now an official member of the CMLL fight against Los Invaders as CMLL Director Juan Manuel Mar offered him the opportunity to help their fight and Latino said that he accepted the offer happily because he wants to get paid for destroying Hector Garza. Latino said the last time he was at Arena Mexico months ago that he was attacked by Garza and he didn’t get paid for that apperance so now he wants to get his revenge and get paid as well because that will motivate him even more to achieve his goal of destruction. Latino said that he has four kids to feed and it doesn’t matter to him if he has to face Garza, Psicosis, Charly Manson, or even Tirantes as long as he has the fans on his side in the cathedral of wrestling Arena Mexico then he would succeed. Latino said that returning to Arena Mexico after 17 years was very important to him and he said that he approached Mar about giving him the chance he wanted which Mar was ecstatic that he wanted to be part of the CMLL team in this war so he was quick to get the deal done. Lover said that it’s an honor to be affiliated with the Guapo Godfather Shocker and he hopes that Shocker’s fans will embrace him because this is a new fanbase for him and there are some that don’t know his reputation. Latino said that he & Mar are going to work around his other commitments of being a TV star along with his acting gigs but his first love is wrestling and he wants to take Garza’s hair and win the war for CMLL.

There was a wake held in Mexico City on Monday night for the late Hijo del Cien Caras where such notables as Brazo de Platino/Damian 666/Fuerza Guerrera/Groon XXX/Halloween/Hijo del Anibal/Mascara Ano Dos Mil Jr./Solar I/Valiente/Sahori/May Flowers/Pimpinela Escarlata paid their respects to the deceased. L.A. Par-K the half brother of Hijo del Cien was reportedly very dispondent and said very few words to anyone and had no words for the press. There was a prayer for the deceased followed up by a minute of applause. They took the body of Hijo del Cien to Monclova which was his hometown where there was a wake last night and a funeral that will take place today.

The Coyacoan police told La Prensa yesterday that they now believe there were two shooters who killed Hijo del Cien & Adela Luna and they left the scene in a black Neon. They fully believe that this was a case of revenge and they have a belief that it could’ve been Luna’s ex-husband. Luna who is now listed at being 50-years-old not 45 and her ex-husband were under investigation at one time by the Mexico City Justice Department for smuggling goods from Asian countries into Colima, Manzanillo, & Veracruz to which they used that money to buy a nightclub together which they still owned.

5. Mr. Aguila/Hector Garza/Taichi Ishikari beat Atlantis/Misterioso II/Ultimo Guerrero and Aguila/Garza demanded a rematch for the CMLL Tag Titles they lost to UG & Dragon Rojo.

Independent 11/28 – Arena Neza
1, Gran Cachorro & Zumba beat Borus & Taurus
2. Los Hombres del Camoflaje (Artillero y Super Comando) defeated Astro Boy & Bengala
3. Diamante/Metalico/Neza Kid beat Dralion/Kid Tiger/Puma King
4. Angel de Oro/Angel de Plata/Delta defeated Dr. X/Escandalo/Taurus (subbing for Nitro) and these guys are heading to a big mask match on 12/25.
5. La Mascara/Maximo/La Sombra beat Taichi Ishikari/Shigeo Okumura/Nobuo Yoshihashi
6. CMLL Tag Titles: Dragon Rojo & Ultimo Guerrero defeated Olimpico & Psicosis to retain their titles. Tirantes was the referee here and was slow counting the champs of course and gave a fast count to the invaders making them think they won the match but the other referee Toby changed the decision.
