Jesús Luna Pozos aka Charly Manson was arrested early Sunday morning in Zapotitla after assaulting two police officers as they were trying to arrest him for being drunk. Manson and his friend Adrián López Reyes who is also a juvenile were looking for Charly’s car and couldn’t find it so they found the officers to help them because they thought that they had been carjacked but the cops wanted to bring them in for being drunk so a huge argument ensued. Another police officer showed up as backup and in the excitement of the situation, he shot Reyes in the leg before an ambulance showed up to pick up Reyes and the officers. Charly & Reyes were both taken to jail then Reyes was sent to a hospital while the officers were sent to another one with one of the officers having some serious head injuries. More on this as it develops.

Manny Guzman who was a luchador in the 60′s & 70′s but was most famous for being the leader of the National Lucha Libre Union which went on strike in 1991 died on Saturday due to undisclosed health reasons. Guzman led the strike because of Televisa deciding to air the Arena Mexico shows from Friday in Mexico City which they thought would cost wrestlers jobs and that TV would kill the business. Guzman said that fans wouldn’t go to the live shows because they know they would see the matches for free on TV later and the strike would eventually end once UWA got a TV deal then when AAA formed and the wrestlers there formed their own union, the NLLU was rendered basically powerless.

1. Apocalipsis & Ramstein beat Freesbee & Robin
2. Los Rayos Tapatios I y II defeated Hijo del Enrique Vera & Hombre Bala Jr. when the Rayo that was eliminated came back in to help his brother win.
3. Torneo Forjando del Idolo – Grupo Charly: Dragon Lee [3] beat Guerrero Maya Jr. [3] and after the match Los Rayos attacked Dragon before Hombre Bala Jr. made the save and they want a masks match.
4. Torneo Forjando del Idolo – Grupo Charly: Delta [6] defeated Metal Blanco [1]
5. Alebrije/Misterioso II/Olimpico beat Angel de Oro/Diamante/Rush with Olimpico using the ropes to pin Rush. Diamante had to be stretchered out after a dive.
6. La Peste Negra (Felino/Mr. Niebla/Rey Bucanero) defeated Black Warrior/Metro/Palacio Negro
7. Blue Panther beat Negro Casas and both men talked of a hair match afterwards.

1. Hijo del Fresero/Mascarita Sagrada/Ludark Shaitan battled Chiva Rayada I/Mini Charly Manson/Sexy Lady to a no contest when Los Maniacos (Silver Kain & Ultimo Gladiador) interfered beating Ludark Shaitan extremely bloody which brought out Electroshock to make the save. This was a controversial angle especially after Sexy Star got hurt last week in Monterrey.
2. Guerra de Empresas: Mascara Ano Dos Mil Jr. & Veneno beat Paranoico & Violento Jack after Jack turned on his partner.
3. Guerra de Empresas: Dr. Wagner III & Trauma I battled Hijo del Lizmark & Hijo del Pirata Morgan to a double countout.
4. Guerra de Empresas: Nicho el Millionario & Pimpinela Escarlata defeated Black Terry & El Brazo
5. Guerra de Empresas – Finals: Nicho el Millionario & Pimpinela Escarlata beat Mascara Ano Dos Mil Jr. & Veneno
6. Electroshock & La Parka Jr. defeated Cibernetico & Halloween by DQ when Ciber fouled Parka. This match had to be rebooked after Charly Manson’s legal issues.
7. Ultimate Jeopardy Steel Cage Match: The Psycho Circus (Monster Clown/Murder Clown/Psycho Clown) (mascaras) beat Joe Lider/Silver King/Ultimo Gladiador to win the IWRG Intercontinental Trios Titles. Other participants: Los Perros del Mal (Damian 666/Bestia 666/X-Fly) (caballeras) & Los Oficiales (AK-47/Fierro/911) (mascaras)
