NEWSAAA announced yesterday that Angelina Love, Mickie James, & Velvet Sky will be working Triplemania teaming up with Sexy Star against Fabi y Mari Apache, Lolita, & Cinthia Moreno.
Konnan went on record yesterday saying that he doesn’t agree with Dorian Roldan saying that La Socieded needed help from TNA as he can’t stand the promotion and the wrestlers that work for it. Konnan said that he’s known Jeff Jarrett for 15 years and that Jarrett thinks wherever he goes he becomes the “King of the Mountain” but not in AAA as it isn’t Nashville and this is his house. Konnan went on to say that Jarrett has a problem with Latinos going back to the days of LAX in TNA and said that it sucked working for a racist boss. Konnan then talked about Dorian saying that he is young and will commit errors because he doesn’t know what he is doing all the time and that trusting someone he doesn’t know will come back to haunt him.

Shocker opened up his own restaurant called “Che Guapo” in Mexico City on Wednesday with associates such as Atlantis, Hijo del Texano, Marco Corleone, “Strongman” Jon Anderson, Dr. Alfonso Morales, & Leonardo Riano attending the opening. Shocker said that he has been wanting to do this for a while with his business associate Ricardo where he wants some economic reliability as well as serving some great cuts of meat with delicious salads and other entrees. Shocker said that the planning for this was accelerated during the rehabilation after he suffered his knee injury as he was able to devote his full time and energy to this and promised to deliver excellent service to the patrons who will leave full and happy. Shocker said that cooking has become a passion for him over the years and Ricardo who is the head cook is an excellent chef who he trusts fully in being his business associate and that he thinks their partnership will be a success.

4. El Inframundo (Drago/Ozz/La Parka Jr.) defeated Los Bizarros (Charly Manson/Cibernetico/Escoria) and after the match Ciber tried to burn Parka but Drago spat green mist in his face then ran off Charly & Escoria. The challenge was made afterwards for a Inframundo/Bizarros match at Triplemania.
5. La Maniarquia (Chessman/Silver Kain/Ultimo Gladiador) beat Jack Evans/Extreme Tiger/Heavy Metal
After the match, Dorian Roldan & Konnan came out with Dorian telling Konnan that there are more important things than this masked Zorro deal as Heavy Metal will get revenge for his treachery and that a team from TNA will be coming in to take the AAA Tag Titles from Jack & Tiger. Dorian then told Konnan that whatever his problems are with Jeff Jarrett will be solved in San Luis Potosi on 5/18. The masked Zorro came out and played the recording of what he said months ago saying that “a great dictator will fall soon” which angered Konnan who stormed off in disgust.
