AAA 5/18 – Auditorio Miguel Barragan de San Luis Potosi (TV taping)
1. Jennifer Blake/Sexy Star/Polvo de Estrellas beat Mari Apache/Cinthia Moreno/Pimpinela Escarlata when Sexy Star used a steel chair on Mari as she tried to assault Hijo del Tirantes.
2. AAA Trios Titles Tournament: The Black Family (Cuervo/Escoria/Ozz) defeated La Militia (Tito Santana/Super Fly/Tigre Cota)
3. AAA Trios Titles Tournament: The Psycho Circus (Monster Clown/Murder Clown/Psycho Clown) beat La Maniarquia (Chessman/Silver Kain/Ultimo Gladiador)
After this match we had the big meeting between Konnan & Jeff Jarrett and you won’t believe what happened, it was all a ruse and it ended up being La Sociedad kicking out and destroying Zorro who will face Jarrett at Triplemania XIX.
4. Jack Evans/Extreme Tiger/El Mesias defeated Decnis/Halloween/L.A. Par-K with Mesias & Par-K beating each other bloody and they agreed to a caballera contra mascara match for Triplemania XIX.
5. Dr. Wagner Jr./La Hermandad 187 (Joe Lider y Nicho el Millionario) beat Abyss/Jeff Jarrett/Super Crazy (subbing for Zorro) with Doc going over Crazy and afterwards just about everyone on the show ran in for a brawl with the AAA guys clearing the ring. Joaquin Roldan then told Dorian that this proves that TNA won’t help La Sociedad take over AAA but Dorian disagreed and said that after Triplemania, AAA would be dead thanks to TNA. Dorian then said that he would start a new promotion to replace AAA and if that doesn’t happen then he would just join up with TNA permanently.
