MVP went on Twitter yesterday to deny the news that he would be coming to Mexico in July for the Perros del Mal portion of Lucha Fan Fest as he will be working for New Japan during that time period. Perros del Mal hasn’t responded yet but promoters announcing American guys who aren’t even booked in Mexico is becoming an issue.

Televisa is currently in the planning stages on doing a movie featuring El Santo & Hijo del Santo together for their fledgling HD movie channel. They have been working on digitalizing the old Santo movies anyway but they want to do an original movie featuring the legendary father and son together using creative editing.
