CMLL announced tonight that they will be having the long awaited Hombre Bala Jr./Super Halcon Jr. vs. Los Rayos Tapatios I y II mask match on New Years Day in Arena Mexico.

RESULTS

AAA 12/16 – Estadio Hermanos Serdan de Puebla (Guerra de Titanes = PPV)
1. Mascarita Divina/Mascarita Dorada/Octagoncito beat Mini Chessman/Mini Histeria/Mini Psicosis
2. Lumberjack Match por el Reina de Reinas: Sexy Star defeated Pimpinela Escarlata to win the title with help from Konnan.
3. Flaming Tables Match: Extreme Tiger & Joe Lider beat Nicho el Millionario & X-Fly
4. The Psycho Circus (Monster Clown/Murder Clown/Psycho Clown) defeated Chessman/D’Angelo Dinero/Gunner
5. Cibernetico/Electroshock/Zorro beat Octagon/La Parka Jr./Silver Kain in a match full of interference by the Miltia & Bizarros. Ciber went over Parka in the end.
6. Bounty Match: El Mesias defeated AJ Styles but after the match Dorian Roldan & Konnan came out and said that he would have to win another match before he would be granted a shot at Jeff Jarrett’s AAA Mega Heavyweight Title.
7. Bounty Match: El Mesias beat Rob Terry but would get jumped by the TNA guys afterwards until Cuervo & Ozz tried to help but they were controlled until Vampiro made his grand return to the promotion to clean house. Vampiro then announced that he would be taking over El Inframundo since La Parka Jr. left them high & dry after turning rudo.
8. Los Perros del Mal (Perro Aguayo Jr./Hector Garza/Halloween) defeated Drago/Jack Evans/Fenix
9. AAA Latin America Title: L.A. Par-K beat Dr. Wagner Jr. to win the title. Before the match, Toscano came out and announced that he was leading EMLL into war with AAA and Par-K joined up along with Mascara Ano Dos Mil Jr. who debuted afterwards.

CMLL 12/16 – Arena Mexico (Sin Piedad)
1. Demus 3:16 & Pierrothito beat Electrico & Ultimo Dragoncito
2. Dalis la Caribena/Lady Apache/Marcela defeated Princesa Blanca/Princesa Sugei/Tiffany by DQ when the rudas attacked the referee.
3. Ephesto/Mephisto/Rey Escorpion beat Angel de Oro/Brazo de Plata (subbing for Mascara Dorada)/Valiente
4. Mexican National Trios Titles: Los Titanes del Atlantida (Atlantis/Delta/Guerrero Maya Jr.) defeated Olimpico/Psicosis/Volador Jr. to win the titles. Rambo who is the commissioner at ringside had to kick Tirantes out of the match for refusing to stop cheating in favor of the rudos. Atlantis went over Volador with the Atlantida to win.
5. Marco Corleone/Maximo/Rush beat Negro Casas/Mr. Niebla/Rey Bucanero in a quick match to spotlight the returning Marco.
6. Caballera contra Caballera: Blue Panther defeated Felino by DQ when Felino tried to use a Martinete on BP as revenge for his brother from last week but Negro jumped in the ring trying to help him hence the DQ. BP tried to use one on Felino moments before and was warned by the commission on the house microphone not to do it or he would be punished even more. The crowd which was estimated around 6,500 wasn’t happy with this result. Felino was also upset at the result and asked BP not to shave him but finally relented to a chorus of boos.

IWRG 12/15 – Arena Naucalpan
1. Astro de Plata Jr. & Astro Rey Jr. beat Pacto Negro & Super Black
2. Alan Extreme/Carta Brava Jr./Imposible defeated Centurion/Dinamic Black/Triton when Carta ripped off Dinamic’s mask and pinned him. There were mask match challenges afterwards.
3. Golden Magic/Multifacetico/Bugambilla del Norte beat Apolo Estrada Jr./Black Terry/Eterno
4. AK-47 & 911 defeated Las Traumas I y II – Oficiales jumped Traumas before the bell or so they thought as it was imposters and the real Traumas jumped them from behind. Traumas used weapons here even some sort of knife and a lemon squeezer but it would eventually backfire. Traumas then finally agreed to a mask match for next week after the match.
5. Canis Lupis/Head Hunter I/Hijo del Pirata Morgan beat Hector Garza/Hijo del Texano/Pantera

Todos x Todos 12/15 – Gimnasio Juan de la Barrera del Distrito Federal
1. Ludark Shaitan & La Vaquerita beat Rossy Moreno & Sexy Lady
2. WWA Minis Title: Mascarita Plateada (Dorada) defeated El Lobito to retain his title.
3. FLMM Masters Title: Solar I fought El Dandy to a draw to retain his title in a very good match with the fans throwing money in the ring afterwards. Dandy wanted a rematch with a longer time limit afterwards.
4. WWA Heavyweight Title: Rayo de Jalisco Jr. defeated Cien Caras Jr. to retain his title.
5. WWA Welterweight Title: Angel Blanco Jr. beat Hijo del Santo with some help from Hijo del Solitario to win the title. Santo then demanded a 3-way mask match in February afterwards.
6. PWR Heavyweight Title: Blue Demon Jr. defeated Villano IV to retain his title and this match was on last to send the fans home happy.
