NEWSCMLL announced yesterday that Electrico suffered a broken left leg at a spot show this weekend and he would be out of action for at least 3 months.
Some notes from the CMLL press conference today: They announced that their will be a Torneo Cibernetico por el Leyenda Azul but didn’t announce a date but it will be soon.
Taichi Ishikari will be starting up on 9/5 and Prince Devitt on 9/12.
The 79th Anniversario show will take place on 9/14 with Rey Cometa vs. Puma King – Mascara contra Mascara and Rush vs. Damian el Terrible – Caballera contra Caballera as the top matches.

6. Angel de Oro/La Mascara/La Sombra defeated Felino/Negro Casas/Rey Escorpion with Angel going over Casas clean again. Angel wants another shot at the NWA Welterweight Title but Negro declined.

AAA Cruiserweight champion Juventud Guerrera came out before the next match and talked about how he was injured by Daga the day before but he would still compete here which would bring out Zema Ion who is the TNA X Division champion and he challenged Juvy to a title vs. title match. Daga would come out before an answer and ragged on Juvy prompting a slap to his face which earned Juvy a beatdown from the rudos and he had to be helped out thus not competing in the next match being replaced by Fenix.

AAA Trios Titles: El Consejo (Hijo del Texano/Mascara Ano Dos Mil Jr./Toscano) beat The Psycho Circus (Monster Clown/Murder Clown/Psycho Clown) to retain their titles when MA2K fouled and pinned Murder.
4. Electroshock & Vampiro defeated Chessman & Ultimo Gladiador but after the match Konnan & Dorian Roldan promised that revenge was coming for Vampiro as they were making an immediate match between Vamp & Chessman because in Vamp’s AAA contract there is a clause where they can book him in matches whenever they want.
5. Chessman beat Vampiro in 1 second with Vamp turning around and eating a big spear.
6. Cibernetico & Dr. Wagner Jr. (
wearing an Angry Birds style mask he wore the
Angry Birds mask during Expo, wrestled wearing a mask with an
Olympics theme to it) defeated Halloween & Silver Kain by DQ when Los Traumas along with the rest of the Perros attacked Ciber which brought out La Secta Bizarra Cibernetica out for another wild brawl.
