NOTICIASHugo Savinovich who now works for AAA as a liason to Puerto Rico & United States told Miguel Ángel Pérez of KGBWRESTLING that Rey Misterio Jr. has left WWE and will be returning to AAA whenever his contract is finalized. Rey has been sitting on the sidelines for a while and there has been a lot of buzz about not if but when he would be leaving WWE so this is the first “official” update on Rey’s status.
New Japan Chairman Naoki Sugabayashi and foreign liason Tiger Hattori met with EMLL President Paco Alonso and Director Juan Manuel Mar this weekend about their current talent sharing deal although nothing has been released about what the meeting was specifically. The FantasticaMania shows are coming up in January and the rosters are usually announced in November so I’m sure this was part of the conversation.
