Damian el Terrible & Hijo del Texano will be going to New Japan and will be getting a shot at Naito & Yujiro’s newly won IWGP Tag Titles at Sumo Hall on 2/14 in Tokyo.
CMLL announced that they will be having a 3-week tag team tournament from 1/22 to 2/5 at Arena Mexico where the teams will be set by the region of Mexico they are from to determine which region is the best in the nation. The teams competing in the tournament are the following:

Perro Aguayo Jr. along with other members of the Perros del Mal promotion made a surprise visit to the Hospital Infantil de Federico Gomez in Mexico City yesterday where they visited the many sick children in the hospital along with making the staff feel good. They signed autographs and took pictures with many children and staff along with inviting anyone from the hospital to attend their show coming up on 1/31 in Mexico City.
Speaking of that PdM show calling back to my story I had on Perrito & Hijo del Santo hooking up for shows, that show on 1/31 in Mexico City will be the first joint show with PdM & Todos x Todos with Santo joining up with Blue Demon Jr., L.A. Par-K, Groon XXX, the Perros, and more.
RESULTSCMLL 1/8 – Arena Mexico1. Diamante & Starman beat Durango Kid & Inquisidor with Starman using the Schwein on Inquisidor who would soon be stretchered out.
2. Nitrito/Pequeno Violencia/Pierrothito defeated Astral/Electrico/Pequeno Olimpico (subbing for Tzuki) in what was called the best match of the night.

4. Averno/Mephisto/Virus defeated La Mascara/Stuka Jr./Valiente when Averno fouled and pinned Mascara.
5. Shocker/Toscano/Volador Jr. beat Ray Mendoza Jr./Tetsuya Naito/Shigeo Okumura
6. Hector Garza/Mistico/”Strongman” Jon Anderson defeated Atlantis/Rey Bucanero/Ultimo Guerrero by DQ when UG fouled Garza and tried to fake a foule but was denied. Garza & UG are heading for a CMLL Heavyweight Title match.
