NEWSRey Misterio Sr. is auditioning for wrestlers to become the new Hijo del Rey Misterio after his son the original one decided to quit the business. The talk was that the last few shows he worked in Tijuana his performance was lackadaisical and his father has decided that he needs to take a sabbatical. Rey Sr. wants the gimmick to stay alive though and is currently looking for wrestlers to take over the gimmick.
There were rumors going around late Thursday and yesterday that Mistico would be heading to Tampa to start training for Florida Championship Wrestling but Roberto Figueroa Salazar reported on his radio show RG La Deportiva on 690 AM in Monterrey that Mistico met with CMLL officials yesterday morning and they came to an agreement that the Mistico gimmick will remain in possession of EMLL and that he would not be able to use that gimmick anywhere anymore.

Order of Elimination: Monster Clown/Halloween/Fierro/Murder Clown/911/Psycho Clown/Damian 666/Bestia 666. Clowns & Oficiales wanted a match afterwards. AK-47 was stretchered out after the match and Psycho’s uncle El Brazo came out and admonished him for using the Martinete but Psycho said that he was doing it the family way.
